A Wheatland man is now admitting to sex crimes, while he was in Casper.

Twenty-two year old Seth Ockinga has pleaded guilty to one felony count of second degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say according to witnesses and victims, between December and March, Ockinga hosted a number of parties, and was providing alcohol to minors at the parties.

At least one victim admitted to having sexual relations with Ockinga and agreed with police, to do a recorded phone conversation with him.

During the conversation, Ockinga asked if the victim got rid of various sexual photos...and that if anyone talked about Ockinga and the victim having sex, he was going to deny it.

As part of a plea deal, Natrona County prosecutors dropped four other charges, and the Laramie County prosecutor has agreed not to press charges in a similar case.

However, there is no agreed upon prison term, which means Ockinga could receive the maximum of 20 years in prison, at the time of his sentencing.

He is free on $20,000 bond.
