POWELL, Wyo. (AP) — Powell High School has run out of room for its sports trophies, so some of them will be given away.

The Powell Tribune reported Thursday (http://tinyurl.com/n3wyzzj ) the surplus trophies will be available at the school's Alumni Weekend, which starts Friday.

Athletic Director Tim Wormald says the school wants to keep all the state championship trophies but others are in boxes because there's no room to display them.

Trophies that are up for adoption will be displayed on a table on the lawn outside the Chamber of Commerce on Saturday.
