Mills Man Pleads Not Guilty To Charges of Incest, Sexual Assault Of Granddaughters
A Mills man pleaded not guilty to four counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of incest in Natrona County District Court on Friday.
Glenn Allen Towner entered the pleas during his arraignment before District Court Judge Catherine Wilking.
Towner, 53, was arrested in early October and charged with two counts of sexually penetrating and two counts of sexually touching his two granddaughters who were under 16 at the time of the offenses, according to the criminal information filed with Natrona County Circuit Court. All counts are felonies.
If convicted on all charges, he faces a maximum punishment of 155 years imprisonment.
Towner, who with his family lives in the 3200 block of Salt Creek Highway, also was charged with having sex with his stepdaughter Robin Keene.
He and his wife, Doris, and Keene have waived their preliminary hearings.
Towner remains in custody. Wilking said his bond will continue at $75,000.
