A Laramie County jury on Thursday returned a split verdict in the case against a former Wyoming Highway Patrol sergeant charged with sexually assaulting two women.
"You didn't resist him, did you?" asked Infanger to an alleged victim called by the power of subpoena. "You didn't call out for help, did you?"
If Elijiah Dobbins is found guilty, this young man could spend the rest of his life in prison.
Assistant District Attorney Mackenzie Morrison told Judge Christiansen that Dobbins also has several felony allegations -- all extremely serious -- with several different alleged victims.
"She said he had physically and sexually abused her in the truck over the past several days while she was transporting the commercial cargo," the release stated. "She also stated he stabbed her in the leg."
Watson has been accused by more than two dozen women of sexual harassment and assault during massage sessions. He has settled 23 civil lawsuits brought by the women, while two others, including one filed in October, are pending.
