Many Casper Residents Affected By Water Main Break

Casper crews are working to repair a large water main break under Fairgrounds Road. Officials say a 24-inch main ruptured sometime Wednesday night. Residents of central and west Casper may see dirty water coming out of their faucets. The water may be discolored, with a brown or red tint. Those experiencing discolored water should run their tap for 15 minutes to see if it resolves the issue. If not, you can contact the city public utilities department.
