Jonathan Sowers Pleads Not Guilty To Multiple Sexual Assault W/Minor Charges

A Casper man is denying that he sexually assaulted a five year old girl.

Twenty-two year old Jonathan Sowers has pleaded not guilty to two charges of first degree sexual assault of a minor, and two charges of second degree sexual assault of a minor.

Prosecutors say Sowers committed the acts in January  while baby-sitting several children.

He has also been accused of similar acts in the past while living in Cheyenne, and in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Sowers is being held on twenty-five thousand dollars bond awaiting trial.

He could receive up to fifty years in prison, if convicted.
