Seth Wilson of Natrona Commits to Black Hills St. for Track

Seth Wilson of Natrona has been making steady progress in track and field at the prep level and he will be taking those skills to the college level to compete for Black Hills State in Spearfish, South Dakota.

In the 2023 Indoor Track Championships, Wilson placed 3rd in the long jump going 21-9.75, and was on Natrona's 4x200 relay team that took 2nd at the state meet. He placed 10th in the preliminary round of the 55 meters. At the 2023 outdoor State meet, Wilson took 10th in the prelims of the long jump but placed 2nd at the 4A East regional in that event with a leap of 21-8.75. Wilson has also competed in the triple jump in his high school career and has a PR of 40-1.5 which he set in the Camel Qualifier in Gillette. His PR in the 100 is 11.52 and 24.90 in the 200.

Black Hills State is a Division II school that competes in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
