Dante Johnson Accused Of Soliciting Sex From A Minor

A Casper man was arrested after trying to engage in sexual acts with a minor.

According to Casper police, back on Friday night (October 28th) Dante Johnson was with a group of teenagers and asked one of the girls for oral sex.

The girl refused, saying she was only 13.

He then later texted her with another sexual request.

Another person then confronted Johnson to talk about the sexual request, and he ended up spitting on her and shoving her.

Witness told police they estimated that Johnson was about 20 years old.

In an interview with police, Johnson originally gave a false name, and then said the girls attacked him because of his race, but eventually officers found the text messages, which suggested otherwise.

He was arrested and charged with soliciting to engage in illicit sexual relations, simple assault, and interference with a peace officer.
