Casper Recreation And Community Recreation Foundation Present “Beach Day” 2011 [PHOTOS]

Casper Recreation and the Community Recreation Foundation were proud to host the 2011 Beach Day at Washington Park on Tuesday. This event was put on for local children to come out, swim, play, and pretend that Casper actually, ya know, has a beach.
