Casper Re-entry Center Escapee Pleads Guilty
A man who escaped from the Casper Re-entry Center in April pleaded guilty in Natrona County District Court on Monday.
Justin Wolfgang Ruckdeschel will receive no more than an 18- to 24-month prison sentence according to the plea deal, Assistant District Attorney Trevor Schenk said.
District Court Judge Kerri Johnson ordered a presentence investigation be completed. A sentencing date has not been set.
Ruckdeschel was sentenced in Albany County for taking and receiving stolen property, according to the Natrona County Sheriff's Office.
