Casper Police: Man Drank Alcohol, Drove With Child

CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — A Casper man faces a charge of child endangerment after police cited him for driving while intoxicated with a child in his vehicle.

Casper Police on Friday arrested 22-year-old Alan Ray Fancher after someone reported that his SUV was swerving. An officer stopped him near 13th and McKinley Streets.

According to police records, Francher failed a breath test. He told police that the boy with him in the car was his roommate's son.

Francher pleaded not guilty Monday at his initial court hearing.
