The local chapter of the Safari Club International Has 6 trophy rooms on their annual tour slated for this Saturday, August 25, 2012.

Safari Club International is an international organization composed of hunters of all types.  SCI has more than 50,000 members and 180 local chapters. SCI's declares themselves the  " Leader in Protecting the Freedom to Hunt and Promoting Wildlife Conservation Worldwide".

The local Chapter has been doing fundraising for a number of years to fund programs locally and throughout Wyoming. One of their biggest fundraisers is the trophy room tour. This years tour includes 6 great hunters and their trophies.

The Trophy Room Tour runs from 1-5 PM this Saturday August 25th and will feature the trophies of Rick Bonander, Gail Zimmerman(both his home and his trophies at Z’s Classics), Ron Morrison,Brian Westcott and Dr. Wetzel. Tickets are $100.00 per person.  Kids 12 & under are free. Go to the Shrine Club at 1501 West 39th to pick up your map & instructions.

Tour ends at 5:00 p.m. back at the Shrine Club, for games, prizes, food, drinks & cash bar. Kids that come will receive some free gifts.

There will also be a silent auction with some of the featured items being, Assorted African baskets, 2 hunts in Spain:  (1) big game and (1) bird hunt, a 7 day African hunt as well as a ird hunt for 6 people at Crazy Rainbow.
