Breaking News- Four People Shot to Death in Wheatland

AP reports that four people have been found fatally shot in a home in Wheatland.

According to a news release from the Wheatland Police Department, Platte County law enforcement responded to a 911 call of shots fired in the 700 block of Oak Street just before 6 p.m. Thursday evening.

After a brief standoff, police arrested Everett Conant, in his mid-30's. He was then taken to jail without incident.

Police say that some of the victims were minors and that one other person was taken to a hospital.

The the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation has been called in to help process the crime scene.
