Bin Williams Pleads Guilty To Property Destruction
A Natrona County man is admitting to the damage he caused while leading police on a chase.
Bin Williams has pleaded guilty to an amended felony charge of property destruction.
Evansville Police say in September, an officer noticed Williams driving erratically on Wyoming Boulevard near I-25, and when they tried to stop him, he fled.
A chase ensued that went into Casper, and when Casper Police joined the pursuit, Williams turned around back towards Evansville, where he rammed the Evansville Police vehicle.
Spike strips were used and all four of Williams' tired were blown, but he kept on driving until he eventually crashed near Mystic Circle and was taken into custody.
As part of a plea deal, prosecutors will seek no more than a four year prison sentence for Williams and he will also have to pay nearly $5,700 in restitution.
He is free on $15,000 bond and will be sentenced at a later date.
