DENVER (AP) — Amtrak train service is being rerouted through Wyoming after a track washed out in the Colorado mountains.

According to the Associated Press, the track washed out near Glenwood Springs on Tuesday and there is no indication when regular service might resume.

The California Zephyr passenger train runs daily between San Francisco and Chicago.

A spokesman for Amtrak did not return a phone call seeking comment.
