A Casper man is back in jail for at least the fourth time.

26-year old Adam Scribner has been charged with felony DUI, felony possession of marijuana, eluding, and leaving the scene among several other charges, after police say he committed those acts...some of them, for the 4th time.

Early Tuesday morning January 31st, an officer says he saw Scribner speeding on College Drive and pursued him.

The chase eventually went north on Poplar Street where scribner sideswiped another vehicle, and eventually stopped because he ran out of gas.

After he was arrested, police later determined that he had a blood alcohol content of point two-zero and had been smoking marijuana.

Scribner already has 3 DUI convictions and his license has been revoked until 2016, and was required to have an ignition interlock device for the next fifty years plus.

He is currently being held at the Natrona County Detention Center, on ten-thousand dollars bond.
