2 defendants have entered their pleas in connections to sex crimes with a minor.

The first was Vince Washington who pleaded not guilty to charges of first and second degree sexual assault of a minor.

According to a police affidavit, a 9 year old girl told her mother and the Child Advocacy Project that back in early August, Mister Washington had touched her private areas multiple times, and that he tried to get her to touch his.

When she tried to move away, he threatened to punch her in the face, and to lie to her mother about it.

Mister Washington has refused to take polygraph and DNA tests.

He is now awaiting trial.

The other is Ancelmo Gallegos, who is facing charges of second degree assault of minor.

Investigators say the two young boys told police that Gallegos made them touch him inappropriately several times between November of 2010 and February of 2011.

He later admitted that to police, along with using a belt to spank the children.

Their mother told officers that her children were lying, but did say the relationship between her and Gallegos was at one point, abusive.

He has pleaded not guilty.
