The limited City Hall re-opening in August showed that there could be a return to regular hours and still keep people safe.

Gov. Gordon has directed the Wyoming Business Council to allocate funding to assist distilleries and breweries in their efforts to help produce hand sanitizer.

But more of the clear gel is on the way.

Violators could be punished by up to six months in prison and a $750 fine.
