A 39-year-old Cheyenne man was sentenced Thursday to 100 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
In August, Joshua Crook took his ex-girlfriend in her car, fired shots out the window at her current boyfriend who was following in a pickup, and led police on a high-speed chase through central Casper.
The federal case, and facts stated by Harkins during his pleas Wednesday, arose from a local investigation based on tips that he was using and selling illegal drugs at his home.
