Richard Andersen Charged After Firing Off Gun

A Casper man is accused of shooting at another man's truck.

Thirty-Nine year old Richard Andersen is charged with aggravated assault, property destruction and a possession of a deadly weapon with unlawful intent following the weekend incident.

Police say early Sunday morning April 1st, Andersen was upset that his fiancee was given a ride home from a party by another man.

He got into an argument with the male driver and prosecutors say as the man drove away, Andersen fired a gun.

Investigators later found two bullet holes...one in the man's truck and one in another vehicle in the neighborhood.

Andersen is being held at the Natrona County Detention center on twenty-five thousand dollars bond.
