‘Oktoberfest’ Benefits Central Wyoming Hospice And Transitions
Don the dirndls and lederhosen, Oktoberfest is coming to Casper to benefit Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions. "Oktoberfest Comes to Roaming Wyoming" is set for September 29th, and promises to be a great evening of fun, food, and entertainment.
The event will feature authentic German cuisine, a full Beer Garden, and entertainment including comedian Sam Adams from Comedy works and The Hof Band from Jackson for your dancing pleasure.
There will also be live and silent auction items, and organizers say all of the proceeds from the evening will goes back to patient care.
Kira Johnson, Fund Development Director with Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions says they treat not only the patient, but also their loved ones. "It's not just the patient, we support the family, we support this whole end of life journey," she said, "The big thing is that we want you to experience the end of life not only in peace and pain free but having fun and enjoying time with your loved ones."
