Motorcycle Clubs To Rally In Lander In July

LANDER, Wyo. (AP) — Two motorcycle clubs have made plans for a large rally and an overnight stay in the Lander area next month.

Vietnam Vets and Legacy Vets motorcycle clubs based throughout Wyoming will hold their 22nd annual Wyoming Thunder run to honor Wyoming Vietnam Veterans with memorial observance and services.

The two clubs will leave Casper on July 7th and will arrive later that day in Lander. After an overnight stay, the Lander Police Department will lead approximately 200 bikers or more down Lander's Main street on July 8th.

The parade will end at the Wyoming Veterans Memorial at the Fremont County Court House for observance and memorial services.
