Twenty-eight year old Ryan Burgess of Powell, failed to return to the Casper Re-Entry Center on Wednesday, October 9th.

Burgess is described as a white male, five feet eight inches tall, with short blonde hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a dark colored zip up hooded sweat-shirt, and was seen walking south from B and Center Street.

He escaped and was caught once in 2009 from the Wyoming Honor Farm in Riverton
