The Natrona County Sheriff's Office is looking for an escaped inmate.

Twenty-eight year old Ryan Burgess of Powell, failed to return to the Casper Re-Entry Center on Wednesday, October 9th.

He was sentenced in 2005, to serve a seven-to-ten year prison sentence for manslaughter.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Burgess was dropped off at the Social Security Office Wednesday morning in Casper, and did not show when it was time to pick him up and take him back to the CRC.

Burgess is described as a white male, five feet eight inches tall, with short blonde hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a dark colored zip up hooded sweat-shirt, and was seen walking south from B and Center Street.

He escaped and was caught once in 2009 from the Wyoming Honor Farm in Riverton

The Sheriff's Office says he was assigned to the CRC last week and the Social Security Office says his phone number has been disconnected.

Anyone who knows any information about Burgess's whereabouts is asked to contact law enforcement.
