A Casper man has entered a plea for allegedly pointing a gun at his son in law.

Jon Clark has pleaded not guilty to one charge of aggravated assault and battery and one charge of felonious restraint, after police say he pulled a gun at Robert Graham and forced him to drive around the Casper Mountain Road area, back on November 20th.

Graham had recently married Clark’s daughter, and police say that Clark told Graham that he thinks he is the better man and said how he was going to end Graham’s life that night.

Eventually Graham was able to get the gun away from Clark and escaped.

Clark is now awaiting trial.
