A Casper man has changed his plea in a case where he's accused of pointing a gun at his son-in-law.

Jon Clark is now pleading no contest to one charge of aggravated assault and battery, after police say he pulled a gun on Robert Graham and forced him to drive around the Casper Mountain Road area in November.

Graham had recently married Clark’s daughter, and police say that Clark told graham that he thinks he is the better man and said he was going to end Graham’s life that night.

Eventually graham was able to get the gun away from Clark and escape.

Clark is free on ten-thousand dollars bail, awaiting sentencing.

He could receive up to ten years in prison.
