Joel Bennett Pleads Not Guilty To Burglarizing Miracle Plumbing

A Casper man is denying that stole from his former place of employment.

Joel Bennett is charged with one count of burglary, in a case where police say he stole a radio and an air compressor from Miracle Plumbing.

Bennett was fired earlier this year, and police say he told them  that sometime afterwards, he went back to the business and found the door unlocked and took the items.

He is free on four-thousand dollars bond, awaiting trial, and could receive up to ten years in prison if convicted.
