PhotoFest: Little Snake River Wins Again, Beats Casper Christian

Defending 1A 6-man football champion Little Snake River is the team to beat in 2023 and is 4-0 on the year with 4 big wins. The latest victory was over Casper Christian in Baggs 61-8 and Rattlers accumulated 318 yards rushing in the game.

Bridger Cozzens had 153 yards on the ground and 4 touchdowns from 4, 20, 41, and 48 yards along with 8 tackles on defense. Seth Maxson had 8 carries for 130 yards and 2 TDs from 13 and 63 yards out, 1 receiving touchdown that covered 17 yards, and 10 tackles on the defensive end. Granite Ready also had a rushing score for 24 yards and Tanner Duncan caught a TD ball that went for 40.

Little Snake River will play Hulett on Saturday afternoon in Midwest and Casper Christian has this week off and will be in Dubois next Saturday. The Mountaineers are 2-2 on the season as they won their first 2 games and have lost their last 2.
