Natrona Outlasts Riverton in Boys Wrestling Dual

Natrona County and Riverton met on the mat on Thursday night in Casper as both teams were beginning the 2024 portion of their season. There were only 3 girls matches and all were won by Natrona. Joselynn Seyler, Aliyah Maes, and Cary Mares were all victorious for the Fillies.

For the boys, Natrona won the dual over Riverton 42-30 as the Mustangs posted 6 pins on the night. 113-pounder Kaden Orr who is ranked #1 in 4A by wyowrestling.com rang up one of those pins over a quality opponent in Drake Eckler who is ranked 4th in 3A. NC's Tristan Tromble at 120, 150-pounder Jameson Siemans, Beau Russell at 160, Tucker Sides at 190, and Noah Sides at 215 also won by falls, and Noah Sides is ranked #1 in his weight class in 4A.

Riverton got pins at 106 from Cortley Briggs at 106, Landon Withdrow at 138, Jackson Larsen at 144, Tristan Anderson at 175, and a 2-0 win from Zaryc Prosser who is ranked 1st in 3A at 285.
