Kelly Walsh student-athlete and Casper Legion Baseball player Holden Christensen will continue his career at the junior college level at Miles City Community College in Montana. He played with the Casper Oilers this past season as a catcher and was behind the plate for 161 innings with 155 put-outs and just one error. His "pop time" which is how long it takes to throw from the plate to 2nd base is 2.18 with a major league catcher averaging 2.01. His fielding percentage was .994 and at the plate, he hit 237 with an OBP of 371 and 621 in OPS.

Christensen has been catching for most of his baseball career and it takes a special athlete to do that, game in and game out. Miles City competes in the Mon-Dak Conference and posted a record of 37-14 in 2023. The Pioneers made it to the Region VIII championship game and lost to Williston State 9-7.
