A judge on Thursday set a $250,000 bond for a man who was charged Wednesday with two counts of sexual assault.

Chris Dudgeon, 21, had been out on a $25,000 bond before his sentencing after pleading guilty in to three counts of first-degree sexual assault of a minor.

Casper Police arrested Dudgeon on Wednesday on one count of second-degree sexual assault of a minor and one count of third-degree sexual assault, according to the charges read by Natrona County Circuit Court Judge Michael Patchen on Thursday during initial appearances.

Both counts are felonies. Second-degree sexual assault is punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment, and third-degree sexual assault is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, Patchen said.

The judge imposed the $250,000 fine because Dudgeon poses an extreme danger to the community, he said.

On Nov. 12, police received a report that a teenage girl met Dudgeon on Facebook and dated on and off for a year. The girl knew he was 21. They had three encounters of oral sex in the past year, and on at least one occasion he bought Everclear for them to drink, according to the affidavit.

Police also interviewed a girl who is the first cousin to the other victim. The cousin told police Dudgeon had gotten her drunk on more than one occasion, and performed oral sex on him. He also asked her to send him nude pictures, according to the affidavit.

When police interviewed Dudgeon on Wednesday, he denied the accusations and said the girls were trying to get him into trouble.

Police then took him into custody.

In September, Dudgeon was convicted on three counts of first degree -- sexual intercourse -- sexual assault of a minor and was free on bond while committing the alleged recent offenses.
