Casper Police Department’s ‘Most Wanted’ Arrested [VIDEO]
A man who was initially wanted by the Casper Police Department for failure to comply, failure to appear and failure to pay fines was arrested over the weekend after allegedly burglarizing a woman's car.
Ryan "Cheddar Bob" Heidekrueger, 37, faces one felony count of auto burglary in addition to charges related to his previous warrants. He could face up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted of the burglary charge.
Court documents say on Wednesday evening, a police officer went to the Black Orchid Salon on West Collins Drive for a report of an auto burglary.
A customer told the officer she left the salon after a hair appointment and saw a man rummaging around in her car. She watched the man go through her belongings before taking a black CD case from the car and walking away.
The customer confronted the man, who reportedly threw the CDs at her before getting into the passenger side of a silver car. The car then drove south through the alley.
The officer reviewed surveillance video from the salon and, based on previous encounters with him, identified the suspect as Heidekrueger.
After initially having little luck in finding him, police learned of Heidekrueger's whereabouts on Saturday. Officers arrested him that night.
Below is a video released by the Casper Police Department regarding Heidekrueger's active warrants. Heidekrueger was taken into custody after this video was released.
