Casper Man Arrested After Allegedly Having Sex in Parked Car
A man was arrested Monday night after someone called police to say two people were having sex in a car outside his house.
Robert Francis Moore, 31, for driving under the influence and driving with an expired license.
Casper police were called at about 10 p.m. Monday by a man who reportedly saw Moore and a woman in a car having sex outside his house on St. Mary Street. The car left, headed south on Center Street.
An officer found the car on Collins Drive and pulled it over. Moore was driving the car, with a woman in the passenger seat next to him.
Court documents say Moore told the officer he was not on St. Mary Street at any point that evening.
The officer asked Moore why his pants were unzipped. Moore reportedly said he didn't know and was just taking the woman home.
Moore later admitted that he and the woman were on St. Mary Street and had been performing sexual acts, but claimed they were not having sex, according to the affidavit.
Court documents say Moore failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWUI. A breath test administered at the Natrona County Detention Center showed Moore had a blood-alcohol content of .153.
Moore was previously convicted of DWUI in 2012, according to court documents.
