Casper Balloon Roundup, Back and Bigger

From one hot air balloon 8 years ago the ReMax Casper Balloon Roundup has grown to 19 balloons this year.

"We've had a lot of people say that it could never be done here because of the wind and weather. And for eight years we've had two days where we haven't flown so we kind of pulled it off and proved everyone wrong. So that was nice."

Event Director, Lacey Olson says they'll move to the fairgrounds this year to accommodate all the growth.

The free mass launch on  Saturday and Sunday is at 6 a.m.

Kids Day is Saturday with free tethered balloon rides for children 5-12.
