Total Lunar Eclipse Over Wyoming Wednesday Morning
A total lunar eclipse will happen just before sunrise on Wednesday and will be visible in Wyoming, weather permitting.
That's according to the Cheyenne office of the National Weather Service, which says the partial eclipse will begin at 4:48 a.m., with the full eclipse, starting at 5:51 a.m.
the moon will turn red--sometimes known as a ''blood moon" as it takes on the earth's shadow. In fact, the weather service says the event will feature a ''Super Blue Blood Moon."
But the weather service warns weather conditions could be a problem, with a chance of snow and partly to mostly cloudy skies forecast in Wyoming and the northern Nebraska Panhandle.
