“There’s literally nothing to do here” is a phrase I’ve heard, and said, time after time. Convinced there was nothing to do in Casper besides eat or go to the movies, being a “broke teen” also came with boredom. I was never super big into sports, or video games, but regardless I kept myself entertained.

It's not uncommon to spot mountain lions along with bears, deer and other Wyoming wildlife at Rotary Park in Casper.

In the release, Rotary President Dick Jay cited public concerns.

When deputies began investigating, they located Arnold. Natrona County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Aaron Shatto said Arnold appeared to have died from exposure.

The sheriff's office has not released the man's name.
