Protesters faced off with officers in Minneapolis early Saturday over the shooting death of a man by members of a U.S. Marshals task force.

On Thursday, Montana began allowing concealed firearms in the state Capitol for those with permits.

The vast majority were for violating curfew or failing to obey orders to disperse.

Police say their injuries were not considered to be life-threatening.

The tweet was shared hundreds of times and cited in online news articles.

Gordon came out of the Capitol to engage with the protesters Monday.

The defendants belong to Wild Buffalo Defense, which describes itself as, people dedicated to seeing wild buffalo roam free and protecting Indian treaties.

Earlier this week, three people from Wild Buffalo Defense were sentenced in federal court for similar protests last week at the bison quarantine facility.

All three pleaded guilty to entering a closed area of the park.

They were the last remnants of armed group that seized the refuge on Jan. 2 to oppose federal land use policies.
