New Movement To Promote Buying Wyoming Goods

A statewide movement is under way to encourage Cowboy State residents to buy products and services in Wyoming rather than going out of state.

The movement is called ``Think Wyoming First.''

Bob Moberly, of Wyoming Financial Insurance, tells the Powell Tribune that there is no better economic development than people spending money with local businesses.

Wyoming Financial Insurance recently sponsored Think Wyoming First rallies around the state and more rallies are planned elsewhere.

Moberly says Think Wyoming First came about after bids for public construction projects continued going to out-of-state companies rather than Wyoming contractors.
