A man charged in an armed robbery at a Casper Adult store will be heading to prison.

Antoine Miller entered a guilty plea Thursday morning on two charges stemming from the late December, 2011, robbery of the Emporium Adult Store on East F Street in Casper.  Miller admitted in court that he pointed a BB gun at the store clerk demanding money.

As part of a plea deal, prosecutors agreed to ask for no more than a 14-year prison sentence on the aggravated robbery charge.  He also admitted he had methamphetamine in his possession at the time of the robbery, and faces up to four years in prison on that charge.  Both charges will run concurrently.  He’ll be sentenced at a later date.

Another person charged in the robbery, Casey Bingemer, has already pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the case.  She also faces up to 14-years in prison.
