A Casper man denied in court that he had sexual contact with a child and possessed child porn.

Thirty-year-old Gregory Mayo has pleaded not guilty to four charges of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, one charge of second degree sexual abuse of a minor and a child porn possession charge.

Investigators say just after the New Years' Holiday, the victim reported that Mayo assaulted her while staying at his home.

When interviewed by police, Mayo confessed and admitted that he had a problem and wanted to get help.

A search on Mayo's cell phone revealed he had saved several images depicting child pornography.

He is being held on $250,000 bond awaiting trial and could face 50 years in prison on each first degree charge, 20 years on the second degree charge and 10 years on the child porn charge if convicted.
