Easter Egg Hunts Around Casper 2012
Easter 2012 is almost upon us. That means the adults will be attending church, maybe a bountiful brunch or two, and spending time with family and loved ones. For the kiddos, it's all about huntin' them eggs! Here are a few places that the Easter Bunny plans on visiting.
The Science Zone at 111 East Midwest in the lower level will have their annual Easter egg hunt from 10A-11A. It is free to members and it's easy to become a member, see details HERE
Round up the youngins' and head for City Park at 7th and Center Streets. Casper Elks Lodge #1353 will have their annual egg hunt beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 7th.
Poverty Resistance at 450 South Wolcott will be holding a family-friendly egg hunt on Saturday, April 7th. Start time is 12:00 p.m. The separate hunts will take place in small groups, and afterwards eggs will be replenished, so that every child gets a chance to enjoy the fun.
Come out to the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds, 1700 Fairgrounds Road, on Saturday, April 7th for VFW Post 991's egg hunt. Start time is 12:00 p.m. at the Fairgrounds Industrial Building.
The Eastridge Mall has their Spring Kids Fest on Saturday, April 7th from 11A-3P in center court. Kids ages 2-12 are invited with their parents to enjoy free face painting, crafts,dancing,music and other activities including a visit from the Easter Bunny.
When you've got all your eggs in one basket, swing on over to the Casper Ice Arena at 1801 East 4th Street. From 1-3 p.m., you can ice skate with the Easter Bunny. It's just $3 a person and includes candy and lots of fun.
In the Glenrock area, head up Monkey Mountain to the town of Rolling Hills. The town has teamed up with the Glenrock Chamber of Commerce for an Easter Egg hunt in the Rolling Hills town park, 38 South Badger. It starts at 1:00 p.m.
