David Wilson Pleads Not Guilty To Multiple Sexual Abuse Of A Minor Charges

A Mills man faces charges he sexually assaulted a young girl.

Fifty-year old David Wilson, has entered not guilty pleas on three counts of second degree sexual abuse of a minor, and three counts of third degree sexual abuse of a minor.

According to Mills police, the victim told investigators Wilson had touched her inappropriately in March of this year.

A friend also told police that she saw some of the incidents occur.

Investigators say there was another report from a restaurant waitress, who described seeing a similar touching incident last November.

Wilson remains free on five-thousand dollars bond, awaiting trial.
