A Casper man who has already admitted to sex crimes, is now admitting he re-offended, while waiting to be sentenced in the first case.

Twenty-one year old Christopher Dudgeon has pleaded guilty to one new charge of second degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say in November, officers received a report that a teenage girl met Dudgeon on Facebook and dated on and off for a year.

The girl knew he was older than 18 and they had three encounters of oral sex in the past year, and on at least one occasion he bought alcohol for them to drink.

When interviewed by investigators, Dudgeon originally denied the accusations and said the victim was trying to get him into trouble.

As part of a plea deal, prosecutors will seek a 12-to-15 year prison sentence, to run consecutive with a prior case, where he pleaded guilty to three additional counts of second degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Investigators say in that instance, the victim claimed the sexual encounters happened in April 2014, and she had acquired an STD.

Dudgeon eventually admitted to it.

He is being held on $250,000 bond, and will be sentenced at a later date.
