Rick Olsen Of Casper Pleads Not Guilty To Sex Crime Charge

A Casper man already serving time for one sex crime, is accused of being involved in an another case.

Forty-nine year old Rick Olsen, has pleaded not guilty to one charge of second degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say from May 2014 through June 2015 the then six-to-seven year old victim told them Olsen made him/her touch him (Olsen) multiple times.

Olsen is currently serving an 80-month federal prison sentence, in a case where he pleaded guilty to one charge of possession of child pornography.

He is awaiting trial in the new case, and could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
