Caspers First Tornado Warning Of The Year

Last night Caspers first Tornado Warning of the season was issued at about 0745. Reports of funnel clouds in the area, golf ball sized hail and heavy rains were coming in at a rapid clip. In Oklahoma when a tornado warning is issued, everybody goes to their storm shelter. Here in Wyoming everybody goes outside to take a picture.
