18-Wheeler Overturns in Casper

An 18-wheeler overturned Wednesday afternoon as it apparently took a turn onto the interstate on-ramp too fast, or suffered some mechanical failure.

The accident happened at the corner of Wyoming Boulevard and Interstate 25.

The southside on-ramp to I-25  was where the tractor-trailer came to rest on its left side.

The driver was seen talking to police and was seemingly not injured. The ramp was blocked for a time until a heavy-duty tow truck arrived around 6:30 pm.
