The input-gathering stage of a Medicaid Option Study by the Wyoming Department of Health came to Casper Thursday.

The community forum posed eight questions aimed at eliciting ideas for change within the system. Casper's forum pulled in about 20 participants.

"The purpose is to get public input on what the general public, Medicaid providers, and Medicaid clients feel can be done to make the Medicaid program in Wyoming more cost effective."

Bobbe Fitzhugh, with Community Builders Inc., moderated the input session. She says if you want to participate, but couldn't make it to one of the session held recently, contact the Wyoming Department of Health or go  to the on-line survey available through August 6th.
