Minor Injuries, One Arrested in Casper DUI Crash

An apparent head-on collision between two cars resulted in minor injuries and backed up traffic on Second Street near the Hilltop shopping center Thursday afternoon.

Sgt Scott Jones of the Casper PD said the crash resulted from a drunk driver trying to pass several cars in the center turn lane. That drunk driver, identified as 45-year-old Kino R. Beeman, hit another vehicle head-on.

Jones said that Beman was taken to jail following the crash.
