Cheyenne police are asking for the public's help in identifying the woman pictured in reference to a welfare check.

A stolen dog is back home with his owner after being taken during a car theft outside a Cheyenne grocery store Tuesday night.

The lawsuit alleges the deputies removed Devin Bryant from his home on Jan. 28, 2020, and stunned him and his mother “without legal justification.”
