Residents in the Casper area along with many other Wyoming communities are currently experiencing outages of Verizon cell service.

Most power has been restored.

Gov. Greg Abbott appointed DeAnn Walker to the commission in 2017.

The district is working to fix the outages as soon as possible.

Crews have to de-energize the line to fix it.

Crews are assessing the situation; as of 11 a.m., the company did not have an estimated time for a fix.

Any intersection where the traffic lights are out should be treated as a four-way stop.

Crews are on scene and working to repair the downed lines.

The company estimates power should be restored by 10 a.m.
