"I was very troubled by the comments. I think it was very unfortunate," Gray stated.

While the Wyoming legislature continues to debate two bills that would prevent businesses and the federal government from implementing COVID-19 mandates, the constitutionality of those laws maybe unclear.

The Wyoming Senate proposed several amendments to two anti COVID-19 mandate bills that have been passed by the Wyoming House.
